If you have login your account when placing order, you can look into "My Account".  Under "My Order", try to click the cancel button. Order could be cancelled between 15 mins to 24 hours from order placed, and order not being processed.

If your order being processed, exceed 24 hours from order or didn't login when placing order, please contact our customer service for assistance.

Order amount will be refunded back to original payment by 14 working days. For payment with star cash, points will be credit back into account by 14 working days.

Orders with Pre-order items are not able to cancel or refund.
